This is so cool!!! The colors are so bright, yet so so soft.
I'm also amazed at how you got all the colorful halos so even!! The tiny little stitches in the hood are a really nice touch.

Thanks!!! :iconswingonastarplz:  When I drew this, I just wanted to sit quietly and take my mind off everything, as I'd had a lot to deal with - and to create something really colourful and cheerful but I didn't want to spend time meticulously straining over something that I was drawing from a reference picture. I just wanted to be expressive without boundaries...I started by drawing this face with no hair - the eyes, nose and mouth and softly shading it and then felt the need for a colour explosion so that's where the halos came from...and I added the hoodie idea towards the end of the picture. :-) Yeah, it made me feel really relaxed and happy drawing those halos. They say that about circles don't they? ...about how they're quite calming and how the human psyche associates circles with warm feelings and comfort. That's so nice that you've noticed the stitches that I drew too, in the hood too. :iconslipperyhugplz: ...that you've really looked at the detail. You've made me smile like a Cheshire Cat! :iconsquishhugplz: :happybounce: :iconbouncingplz: :iconbouncyplz:

Aw, thank you everso much. I found this picture really relaxing to draw. I thought it would be fun just to try drawing something from my imagination and with plenty of colour (I needed cheering up that day!! ;-) )

I'm lost for words! :-) Thank you! I drew the face first and then I wanted to play with different coloured pencils...so I drew around the face...and found that drawing the circular/rounded strokes was very calming...so this picture helped relax me when I drew it!
